Honda Bay is a large bay with numerous islands and shallow reefs bordering beautiful beaches where you can swim or dive in a tropical paradise. It is an interesting day trip from Puerto Princesa. Sabang is a tiny, remote fishing village with a very very basic tourist infrastructure. It is known for its proximity to the underground river of Puerto Princesa, but the real attraction of this place is its location and isolation, with beautiful beaches dominated by high cliffs and mountains covered with jungle, besides the great tranquility here. Most visitors arrive here in the underground river trip one day round trip from Puerto Princesa. But we recommend spending the night at least one day in this beautiful and quiet place, because if time permits, there are other interesting activities to do besides visit the underground river. GETTING THERE
